An events company is appointed to run a provincial youth day. We verify the appointment, pay the staging, sound and catering suppliers on schedule, and keep in contact with the department. After the event the invoice is paid into the supplier’s bank account and the deal settles.

How do I follow my deal?
Log in to the client portal at any time. The AAA Deal Tracker shows every current and past funding request, its reference number and its stage. We also send email updates as your deal moves.
How long does it take?
Preapproval usually takes up to 24 hours once we have your documents. After approval, funds are paid to your suppliers within 48 hours. Verifying the order with the buyer can take longer, depending on how quickly they respond.
