How you pay us

Not a loan. No interest.
No surprises.

We fund your order under a funding agreement. Here is how the money moves.

An offer before anything moves

After verification you receive an offer and a funding agreement for the deal. Nothing is paid until you accept.

Service fees, counted daily

Our fees run from the day our capital is deployed until your client’s payment lands in your bank account, weekends and public holidays included.

Settled from your client’s payment

Your client pays into your bank account. Our capital and service fees are settled from that payment, so our fees come off the order amount.

Your profit, the same day

Whatever remains after our capital and service fees is paid out to you on the day the payment arrives.

Fixed rates for regular clients

If you bring us orders regularly, we agree a fixed rate plan that fits your pipeline.

VAT you can claim back

We are a registered VAT vendor. If you are VAT registered, you can claim the VAT on our invoices.

Paid on day 39

What happened

AAA advanced R800 000 so the supplier could fulfil the order without waiting for the client’s payment. The client paid within the agreed payment period, 39 days after funding, with no delays and no extra funding needed. The deal closed as planned, with no service fees beyond those anticipated.

The takeaway

When clients pay on time, the funding period is predictable, the deal runs efficiently and the supplier earns the expected return.

Paid on day 20Agreed period 30 days

What happened

The deal was assessed on a 30 day payment period, giving an estimated profit of R75 327. The client settled the invoice after only 20 days, so the funding was outstanding for a shorter time and fewer daily service fees were incurred.

The takeaway

Early payment means fewer daily service fees and a deal that closes sooner. Here it lifted the supplier’s profit from R75 327 to R85 719.

Paid 43 days late

Delayed payment: reduced profit

Agreed period 30 days43 days late, paid on day 73

What happened

The order came from a government department on 30 day terms, with an estimated profit of R35 327. A payment backlog at the department meant the invoice was paid 43 days late, about 73 days from submission to settlement. Additional daily service fees applied for the extra time.

The takeaway

The longer a client takes to pay, the longer the funds stay tied up and the more daily service fees reduce the profit. Our payment follow up team works with you and your client to monitor outstanding payments and help prevent unnecessary delays.

Honest answers

Why some deals do not go ahead.

Most declines have nothing to do with you. Knowing the common reasons helps you bring us a deal that works.

  • The buyer does not respond when we ask them to confirm the order
  • Manufacturing lead times are longer than the delivery date allows
  • The wrong specification was quoted, so the correct price leaves no margin
  • The buyer has budget constraints
  • Delivery costs were left out of the original quote

Questions

Common questions.

How long does it take?

Preapproval usually takes up to 24 hours once we have your documents. After approval, funds are paid to your suppliers within 48 hours. Verifying the order with the buyer can take longer, depending on how quickly they respond.

Will you contact my buyer or the department?

Yes. We confirm the order directly with the department or company that issued it. You manage the relationship with your client; we ask that you copy us on correspondence so we can keep the deal on track.

Can I deliver the stock myself to save costs?

No. All deliveries go through approved channels so the order reaches the end user safely and can be tracked.

Do you only fund government purchase orders?

No. We fund orders from government departments, municipalities, state owned enterprises and private companies.

Do you fund purchase orders from buyers outside South Africa?

No. We fund purchase orders issued by buyers in South Africa. If your order depends on goods from abroad, import funding can cover the foreign supplier.

Do you fund working capital or operating expenses?

Not through purchase order funding. It is linked to a specific order and pays for what that order needs, not salaries, rent or day to day costs. If you have already delivered and invoiced, invoice discounting can release cash for those costs.
